CAN-AM SPYDER and BRP ROADSTER - AIRWAVE Air-Ride Suspension Kit
ATTENTION: BRP SPYDER Owner’s. You can now ride in comfort and control with an air-ride rear suspension kit. Our company TeamFAST.COM, is widely recognized as a leading innovator in suspension technology in the recreation vehicle industry. Our kit seriously improves the SPYDER’s ride qualities while adding a wide range of load flexibility.
As an owner you’ve likely discovered that the Spyder’s ride is reasonable for shorter jaunts but when taken out on longer trips it’s clear the stock rear suspension has limitations. If your riding situation frequently changes between solo and with passenger, at some point you’ve likely settled for the stiffer double rider settings. That’s because it’s just too much work to make the correct preload adjustment for solo riding comfort.
With the stock system, when riders make a change in occupants or adds significant gear, they are left with two choices: Either get the floorjack out and perform the time consuming spring preload adjustment or as mentioned just accept riding around with the stiffer two up settings. With our AIRWAVE Air-Ride suspension kit, a rider simply adjusts the air systems preload through air pressure. With the touch of a finger the rider can change the air pressure setting either up or down. The system can be matched to every rider combination from the lightest to the heaviest single or double rider / gear combo.
Most people can buy into the thought that more comfort can be obtained riding on a column of air than on a wound up rod of spring steel. Through the systems inherant air isolation capabilities, the pneumatic system swallows up the big stuff while quietly filtering out practically all of the small through medium sized bumps and road surface irregularities. TeamFAST with the help of Hal and Korey Cronquist of Team CC in Alaska, (BRP’S 2008 National Dealer of the Year) and Legend Engineering have developed a capable system that is straight forward, air tight and easy to install.
Employing an onboard air compressor controlled via an effective multi-function ON-OFF / Pressure / Bleed air switch, the SPYDER’s rear airspring pressure can be easily matched to the loads of the rider(s) and gear. With the onboard air compressor, an easy flip of the remote air switch lets riders adjust / optimize the rear airpring’s pressure, maximizing the SPYDER’s comfort potential and control when riding with or without passenger. This eliminates the need to jack up the SPYDER and crawl around underneath the frame while changing the rear spring’s preload.
Hal and Korey have logged over 15,000 miles on a SPYDER with our AIRWAVE Kit and have many kitted customers on the road througout Alaska. One trip alone was 11,200 miles traveling from Washington state down through California, over to Texas, on to North Carolina and then to Minnesota and then back up to Alaska.
This kit, like all TeamFAST’s suspension products, far surpasses the performance of the stock set-up for ride quality, control and ease of adjustment. Please feel free to contact Brian our product manager or one of our sales reps about the benefits and ease of installing this game changing suspension package!

2011 XP-RARE (Rev Air Ride Excellence) ride kits
Eveleth, Minn. -- TeamFAST.com, the suspension technology specialists, has grouped together two of their hottest products into two suspension packages specifically tuned for the XP line. There are two different kits, each being specific to the 120” and 137” track lengths of the Ski-doo REV XP and Ski-doo Renegade REV XP-XR platforms.
“With so many riders lining up behind the REV XP platform we felt it prudent to put a substantial effort into that segment. We feel from a ride quality standpoint that the XPs slipped just a bit behind the 06 and 07 Revs, which presents a great opportunity. We’ve found this to be caused in part by the aggressive forward shift of rider and sled mass”, said Gerard Karpik, lead designer and founder of TeamFAST.com, Inc

Dive-Tek Crossover Kit reviewed at maxsled.com
From the article:Overall Team Fast has come out with a great product that I would recommend for those that are serious about side hilling, boon docking improvements and those looking for a smoother ride. These are great looking, lightweight shocks with good handling characteristics. It looks like we will be taking off all our factory shocks and replacing them with Team Fasts Assault Shocks with the Dive-Tek Crossover Kit. Hat’s off to Team Fast for giving those who enjoy snowmobiling another great product.
